Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of their questions. If you want to know more, please reach out via the contact buttons!

Why create a new 'region' in Melbourne?

No council or tourism borders. A way to label all of the great neighbourhoods already interconnecting and encourage fun and business for all.

Hurstbridge Region is an area that is connected via location and not different council or tourism borders - or politics or red tape.💪🤗 We're promoting a region that we all already know exists.

Why did Suzy create 'Hurstbridge Region' and the HBR Business Group?

~ HBR is what I was looking for when I went out on my own, four years ago with Jaeger Communications.

~ A guiding hand, connections, business exposure.

~ I've created this space and these offerings to help the entire region as a whole and individual interested businesses.

~ I live and work in the region and Hurstbridge Village is one of my clients. I've created this space for ALL interested businesses to benefit by being together, learning from and sharing with each other.

Why the name 'Hurstbridge Region' when it includes many other suburbs?

~ The name is known across Melbourne - there is a trainline named 'Hurstbridge'.

~ It's a pin in the map for surrounding areas that are connected.

~ It will be familiar even if you're not in the region. We want visitors from wider Melbourne to be our customers, too.
