Imbue Distillery was founded by Mel and Mick Sheard, who turned years in hospitality into something a little more spirited. What started as an idea quickly became a range of bold, flavour-driven spirits, made with local botanicals and a focus on doing things thoughtfully (and a little differently).

In 2019, close friends Luke and Nikki joined the mix, bringing balance, structure and just enough logic to keep the creativity in check.

Together, the four founders share decades of experience across the food and drink world - from bakeries and catering to retail, wholesale and hatted restaurants. The result? A collection of premium spirits that are expressive, well-balanced and made with intent.

From contemporary gins to whisky and liqueurs, each release is an exploration of flavour - sometimes nostalgic, sometimes unexpected, always considered.
